POST 10# ENGLISH LANGUAGE CHALLENGES

Hello everyone! Today I have to talk about my experience in the English class this semester. I did not think the methodology was like this, using blogs. And I can say that I think is a good way to teach English, because we can use the creativity to write about different things, and we can also show ourselves (hobbies and preferences) to our classmates.

This methodology is different in comparison with the high school methodology. At school, the learning was just lessons and listen to the teacher. Sometimes we answered some questions but the learning was not practical. With the university methodology, I think we are really prepared to use, understand and speak the language.

Before this work, I could not make a big text with many ideas, because I did not know how to connect them. Now I am prepared to create and express my ideas on the paper and in my head. 

One of the most difficult things for me speaking English is the pronunciation. I would like to improve my vocabulary and the way I speak English because sometimes I feel that people cannot understand all the things and ideas I want to say. I try to better my pronunciation singing in English even if I am not a good singer and trying to talk to other people.

Outside of classes, I use the English on the internet to read interviews or reportages interesting for me. I do not know if this is useful, but I love to watch movies and tv series so I used to watch it with the original audio in English. I know I am improving my English when I can understand what are the characters saying without see the subtitles.
